IPTV login failed? How to fix it step by step
"Login failed", "invalid credentials" or "cannot connect to server" almost always come down to a small typing or format issue. Go through these checks in order; most people are watching again within five minutes.
1. Check the server address format
- It must start with http:// (or https:// only if that is what we sent).
- Include the port with a colon, for example http://server-address:8080, unless your app has a separate port field.
- No spaces, no trailing slash added by mistake, no "www" that was not in the original.
2. Check username and password
- They are case-sensitive: "Nagare123" and "nagare123" are different.
- Copying from WhatsApp or email can add an invisible space at the end. Type them by hand if in doubt.
- Watch for look-alike characters: the letter O and the number 0, a lowercase l and a capital I.
3. Make sure you chose the right login type
Nagare details are for the Xtream Codes login (sometimes "Xtream API" or "login with username and password"). If you paste them into an M3U or "playlist URL" field, the app will not be able to log in.
4. Check your device and connection
- Open a website or another app to confirm the device is online.
- Check that the date and time on the device are correct; a wrong clock can break secure connections.
- Restart the device and the router.
- Update the player app, or try another Xtream Codes player to rule out an app problem.
5. Check your account status
- Test logins end after 24 hours, and paid plans at the end of their period.
- Too many devices streaming at once can be refused; close the player on other devices.
Still not working?
Email support@nagare.tv with your device, the player app and a photo of the error message. Please never send your password in a public channel.
